About Us

Origin Story

David Middleton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling.  He is also a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, approved by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).

Before returning to his passion for helping others, David spent many years in the corporate world, gaining extensive experience in management, business, and sales.  This experience gives him a unique perspective - understanding the pressures, challenges, and stressors that can affect both personal well-being and professional success.   

In addition to his academic and professional background, David has traveled extensively and immersed himself in diverse cultures around the world.  These global experiences have broadened his understanding of human behavior, wellness, and the many ways people cultivate balance and resilience.

David’s personal journey has not been without its challenges.  Through his own experiences overcoming obstacles, managing stress, and working through periods of feeling “stuck,” he developed a practical, compassionate approach to wellness.  His process focuses on helping others find clarity, purpose, and sustainable progress - not perfection.

Health, fitness, and overall well-being have always been central to David’s life.  He has created and refined his own set of wellness tools that help individuals overcome sticking points and obstacles.  With proper guidance and consistent support, David helps clients:
